Why e-waste is different
Electronics contain materials that should not go to landfill and valuable parts that can be recovered. In fact, e-waste is banned from landfill in many parts of NSW, so it needs to be recycled.
What counts as e-waste
TVs, computers, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, cables and batteries are all e-waste. If it has a plug or a battery, it belongs in the e-waste stream.
The easy option
We take e-waste along with your other rubbish and send it for proper recycling, so you do not have to make a special trip to a drop-off point.
