The problem with dumped mattresses
Mattresses are bulky, do not compact, and take up huge space in landfill. Dumped ones are an eyesore and attract fines. There is a much better option.
Most of a mattress is recyclable
Up to three quarters of a mattress, steel springs, foam and timber, can be stripped and recycled. That keeps materials in use and out of the ground.
How to recycle yours
We collect mattresses from inside your home and send them for recycling where we can. No lugging it to the kerb, no illegal dumping, no fines.
